Deposit<\/summary>\n

A deposit of 25% of the total stay<\/strong> is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrivals or departures outside the agreed dates are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/summary>\n

All cancellations must be made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– More than 30 days before arrival<\/strong>:
25% of the total stay will be retained (with a minimum charge of \u20ac100).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Less than 30 days before arrival<\/strong>:
100% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Included in Your Stay<\/summary>\n

Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price.
Bed linen and household linens are provided.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Security Deposits<\/summary>\n

Two deposits are required upon arrival:
– \u20ac300 security deposit (property)
– \u20ac100 cleaning deposit<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Insurance<\/summary>\n

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance<\/strong>. Some credit cards include this coverage\u2014please check with your provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal civil liability insurance is mandatory.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Complimentary Services<\/summary>\n

Complimentary amenities (such as the swimming pool) do not give rise to any refund or price reduction in the event of temporary or permanent unavailability.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
