Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival.
Arrivals or departures outside the agreed dates are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
– More than 30 days before arrival:
25% of the total stay will be retained (with a minimum charge of €100).
– Less than 30 days before arrival:
100% of the total stay will be charged.
Included in Your Stay
Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price.
Bed linen and household linens are provided.
Security Deposits
Two deposits are required upon arrival:
– €300 security deposit (property)
– €100 cleaning deposit
Insurance
We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance. Some credit cards include this coverage—please check with your provider.
Personal civil liability insurance is mandatory.
Complimentary Services
Complimentary amenities (such as the swimming pool) do not give rise to any refund or price reduction in the event of temporary or permanent unavailability.
